NATIONAL SERVICE

No Sooner I have completed my intermediate Education from Loyola Academy, I have joined Indian Air Force and have served the nation with utmost dedication. Basically, I have been trained as a combat missile engineer for the maintenance and operational activities of a Missile Guidance Radar (MGR) of erstwhile USSR based Pechora Missile System. Apart from that, I have also been trained in the Electronic Group (EG) of indigenous Prithvi-II Missile System. Beyond this, I have served in various other roles and have given my best.

Career Highlights

Given the best of my abilities to impart knowledge and skill on Radar Communication and Theory to the technical trainees of Indian Air Force. Efficiently worked as an Asst. Project Officer on Indigenous Project worth Rs. 4500 crores, which is in the final stage of completion for the scrutiny and rectification of financial anomalies. 

Involved in executing scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of various sophisticated equipment utilized in the organization to ensure their serviceability at any given time. Handled performance management including counseling the subordinates about their performance for their continuous improvement. Brought forwarded the proposals to higher authorities for the requirements of Continuous Training & on the Job Training (CT & OJT). Successfully executed Security Measures and Security Management of Strategic Installations at various levels.

 Efficiently coordinated with the team of ISO during ISO Certification Program at a Base Repair Depot in Indian Air Force. Various production weeks, safety weeks and seminars on Total Quality Management from the year 2012 at Base Repair Depots in Indian Air Force. Served in advisory capacity to senior management and staff on HR matters and conducted investigations as needed to resolve employee relations issues. Provided advice on procedures on work methods to individuals including inventory management, at various levels of the organisation.

Accountable for coordinating with PSU’s, OEM’s, Higher Formations of Indian Air Force and Indian Army for streamlining the induction of various projects & also developing and creating cost effective organisational strategies through negotiations with M/s BDL, Hyderabad and OEM’s. Responsible for providing briefs, meetings and presentations for various co-ordinating meetings for commanders conference.

Efficiently utilized vast administration experience and effective leadership skills in managing the team of subordinates and conducting structured training sessions for the people from various regions of Indian Continent. Actively participated in the process of recruitment of manpower as a part of recruitment fairs at different levels. Developed a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and an extremely professional demeanour. 

Dexterously performed employee counselling and conducted classification studies for the staff employed in the organization. Played a major role in forming various committees and that were proven useful in the implementation of welfare measures in the organization & also informing various policies and their implementation in the organisation.

Participated in effective implementation of Integrated Material Management on Line System (IMMOLS), (SAP MM Module, developed by TCS) & SAP HR the software in vogue in Indian Air Force.As a risk manager ensured to minimise risk and improved profitability against agreed targets within a stipulated time frame.

As a relationship manager acted as the leader in establishing positive working relationships with the team members, vendors and other stakeholders like OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).As a Strategic and Technical Supporter used extensive knowledge of various services to provide advice and guidance to the team members, vendors and other stakeholders like OEMs
